We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind.

We are based at Kolej Kediaman Politeknik Mukah, Sarawak. Orders will be processed and shipped from here. Self-pickup is available for nearby customers. We also offer COD (Cash on Delivery) and postage across Sarawak and Malaysia.
